The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a good bed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, close to Mojo market where you can find delicious food, and with a beautiful view overlooking the ocean. The staff are friendly and provide attentive service. The breakfast served on the terrace is a great start to the day, and I especially appreciated the option of eggs.
All was perfect, no improvements needed.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the location was excellent - it was situated in a safe and upmarket area, close to Sea Point but still very close to everything. The view from the terrace during breakfast was simply breathtaking, especially in the morning. Secondly, the service provided by Denise, the host, was exceptional. She was extremely helpful and couldn't have done more to make my stay comfortable. Lastly, the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I can't think of any aspects that could have been improved.

A romantic escape to this stunning location was just what we needed. the views from the hotel were breathtaking and we loved waking up to the sound of birds chirping. the breakfast spread was delicious and we loved the fresh fruit and pastries. the location was perfect for us since we wanted to explore the area and it was easy to get around by car or taxi.
The steep hill leading up to the hotel which made it difficult to walk around the area. taxis were readily available and made it easy to get around, so it was not a major issue.

Simply the best B&B. Beautiful terrace overlooking Cape Town and the sea. Clean, safe, and easy to access location in Sea Point. Friendly and helpful host. Lovely breakfast on the patio. Safe and scenic area in Fresnaye. Spotlessly clean and artistically decorated. Gracious and approachable owner. Fantastic view, superb interior, comfortable beds, reliable wifi
Nothing, no complaints at all.
